Nutrient Dense Chili
Instructions
  1. Saute the onions over medium-low heat until translucent. Add garlic and cook for ~30 seconds
  2. Add ground beef and liver. Brown until fully cooked.
  3. Add chopped bell pepper.
  4. Add all other ingredients and stir well.
  5. Simmer on low for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy hot or freeze for later!
