Ingredients
- 1 lb organic ground beef
- 4 oz chicken or beef liver minced
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper any color
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup beef bone broth
- 1 can black beans rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans rinsed
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 can green chilis 4 oz
- 1 ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp chipotle or ancho chili powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 bay leaves

Instructions
- Saute the onions over medium-low heat until translucent. Add garlic and cook for ~30 seconds
- Add ground beef and liver. Brown until fully cooked.
- Add chopped bell pepper.
- Add all other ingredients and stir well.
- Simmer on low for at least 30 minutes.
- Enjoy hot or freeze for later!
